Questions people ask first
- Can the agent spend money on its own?
- Not unless you explicitly configure it to. By default every proposal Quartermaster makes waits in the Action Queue for a human approval, and anything above your threshold needs two different people to approve it.
- Do my suppliers need accounts?
- No. Suppliers get an emailed link that signs them straight in to view orders, submit quotes and accept agreements. No password, no training, nothing to install.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: inventory, suppliers, a what-to-order list with suggested quantities and purchase orders keep working, and choosing a plan turns the agent straight back on.
- Can I bring data in from what I use now?
- Yes — CSV import for products, suppliers and stock levels, with a column-mapping step so exports from your WMS or ERP don't need reshaping first. Everything exports back out to CSV too.
